The vineyards of the Dobra Winery cover an area of ​​300 hectares, in a microzone with a terroir that gives character to the wines of Dobra. Sloping slopes, sun exposure, brown podzolic soils that give the wines from the Dobra Winery, Dealurile Pâgâne Pogany, a natural acidity with a well-defined structure. In 2011, the first vine cuttings were planted, which took root and develop in harmony with nature. In these lands pampered by the sun and caressed by gentle winds, the charm for mystery, beauty and taste has reigned for centuries. Legend has it that here, once upon a time, a civilization flourished connected to another unseen world, from another dimension. The people there had the power to communicate, either through song or dance, with the surrounding waters and springs, with the forests and all its creatures, with the stars and the moon. Every ritual of theirs involved courage and dedication, then they sipped from the cup as a symbol of the covenant with nature. The mystery of their disappearance has not been solved to this day. However, their spirits remained here and reside in peace, urging them to beauty, to craftsmanship, to creation. Over the years, Christians have noticed that in these lands the vine is the chosen one of the sun, the moon, the wind and the earth, and the wine produced is a cure for the soul. Thus, the vine also became the chosen one of their work.
