These drinks are not entwined with myths and legends,
nor have they been sipped by the lips of kings or
empresses destined for death. Yet, they possess
character – a truly bold spirit that knows no fear, just
like their creator.
The first fermenting barrels hidden in the underground
garage are now distant memories. The initial
experimental batches are long gone. Relentless work
and accumulated experience have resulted in
outstanding quality, reflected in our wide range of
products to satisfy every palate.
The distillery started its operations in 2020. The first rum, named
Firstborn, was released in February. Currently, we offer 8 types of
rum, 5 types of gin, and various liqueurs for the bar\'s needs.
The monthly production capacity is around 1700 bottles of gin and
1700 bottles of rum. We age the rum in oak wood barrels as well as
oak wood chips. For the gin production process, we use both natural
ingredients and those sourced from Latvia, such as pine buds,

Dry as a nun Classic
Classic gin
Dry as a Nun gin is characterized by fresh juniper and citrus aromas. It is
made using juniper berries, lemon zest, coriander, and cardamom. This drink
has a gentle flavor with subtle nuances, making it an ideal choice for

Dry as a nun
Herbal gin
In the making of the gin, only natural spices are used, such as juniper
berries, cardamom, coriander, and others. However, the key ingredient of
this gin is pine buds gathered in Latvia, which impart the drink's dominant
aroma and flavor.
Due to its intense taste, we recommend enjoying this gin with a more neutral
tonic to fully experience the characteristic notes of Latvia's forest.

Rose and pomegranate gin
Dry as a Nun Rose is an elegant and fresh gin, where rose and pomegranate notes
harmoniously come together. With its gentle sweetness, this drink serves as an
excellent base for various cocktails, especially when combined with tonic and a fresh

Contraband navy strength
55% abv rum
Contraband 55 Navy Strength rum is made from sugarcane molasses and aged in medium
toasted French oak chips. It is enhanced with homemade caramel. The rum has a strong
flavor and a lightly golden color. The production process is not hasty - the
ingredients are fermented, distilled, and aged, but good things come to those who
wait. This rum doesn't differ much from Contraband 38. It is intended for those who
find Contraband 38 too weak in strength.

oak chips. It is enhanced with homemade caramel. The rum boasts a unique flavor and a
lightly golden color. The production process is not hasty - the ingredients are

Twin Sister rum is aged in oak chips and possesses a rich, smooth, chocolatey flavor.
