This wine with a fresh and dry acidulous taste with a vinous and delicate aroma is extracted from grapes of DOP San SeveroBombino, Trebbiano and Malvasia varieties. It is ideal with appetizers, light dishes or fish dishes.

Thiswinehas a pale pink color, intense fruity bouquet with hints of peach and melon expresses a fresh and balanced taste, full-bodied, soft.

Sourced from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes. This ruby red wine is extracted from red grapes typical of the San Severo countryside included in DOP.

Bombino Igt

The vines of the “Nobiles” line represent the enological nobility of this land. Bombino Bianco is a vine widely cultivated in the province of Foggia and especially in the San Severo DOP area, where it constitutes an immense wine-growing area. The origin of its name comes from the arrangement of the bloom on the grape that should recall the face of a child.

Falanghina Igt

The vines of the “Nobiles” line represent the enological nobility of this land. The name of the variety seems to derive from the need for the vine, with an expanded bearing, to be supported by support poles known as ‘falanga’. henceFalanghina, meaning “vine supported by poles”.

Nero di Troia Igt

The vines of the “Nobiles” line represent the enological nobility of this land. The Nero di Troia has an intense ruby red colour with purplish reflections and releases elegant spicy notes, hints of red fruit and berries with a rightly tannic, elegant, warm, enveloping, long and persistent taste.

Primitivo Igt

The vines of the “Nobiles” line represent the enological nobility of this land. The Primitivo has an intense red colour with violet reflections, a fruity bouquet with hints of cherry, black cherries, berries, evident spicy notes and a full, warm, soft and elegant on the palate.

Trebbiano Igt

The “Rosone” of the oldest church of San Severo (year 1059) is the historical heart of the city. Our wines represent the historical heart of the local oenology. Wine from grapes of Trebbiano, coming from the San Severo countryside. This wine, with its pale straw yellow colour, pairs well with hors d’oeuvres, light dishes and fish dishes.
