O nas

We are a bodega located in Caravaca de la Cruz in the north west of Murcia (South East of Spain) belonging to DO Bullas. We grow two types of grapes : garnacha del pais and monastrel. The pretty thing with monastrel is that we do its fermentation in limestone deposit which makes special touch of freshness and mineralization of our wines. With this method, we follow the way romans made wine in our area (attached you can find pictures of the fermentation). We are now working wth three brands : Cauro Ventum (100% garnacha), Cogevientos (60% monastrel & 40% garnacha) and Mesias (100% monastrel).
