21/02/25 16:00 WORKSHOP with tasting // A sensual combination: Polish wine and Italian cheeses – what goes best with Parmigiano and Pecorino? // by Katarzyna Federowicz An experimental workshop to discover the perfect matching between Polish wines and the excellencies of Italian cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano (in the seasoning of 28 and 48 months) and Pecorino from Sardinia (nothing to do with romano!), bringing all the aromas from the wonderful Italian island and its famous blue shores. Conducted by Katarzyna Federowicz sommellier, the workshop will involve each of the attendants in expressing their opinion and contributing to this innovative pairing task. For all those who will want to continue their tasting at home, all products are available for sale during the fair. Limited places of 12 people per workshop, hurry up and register now!

21/02/25 17:00 WORKSHOP with tasting: Everything you wanted to know about wine, but were afraid to ask // by Paweł Grotowski We invite you to an hour-long training combined with tasting addressed to wine lovers who want to learn more and use this knowledge during social, professional and business meetings, organizing parties and conversations at the table. During the training and tasting, basic information on the origin, production, storage, selection and serving of wine will be presented, based on selected wines from the main grape varieties and the most important wine regions in the world. Participants will acquire factual knowledge of wine-making and skills related to the selection of wine for any occasion. The information acquired during the training will allow you to move freely in the world of wine and talk about wine in company, during business banquets, dinners and informal meetings, as well as with specialists in this field.
