FAQ for exhibitors

All wine and oil producers, distributors, dealers, shops, service providers, distributors of related accessories, specialized magazines, associations of the category.

Representatives of different areas of food and drinks (e.g: cheese, ham, alcohol, drinks…) are welcome accordingly to space availability.

The fair will take place on 2-3 February 2024.

The fair will take place in Warsaw, Poland, at the exhibition center “Dom Towarowy Bracia Jablkowskich”. The venue is situated at ul. Bracka, 25

Exhibitors are able to register by filling in the application form, available online in the “Exhibitor zone”.

All the prices for exhibiting space (tables, booths, stands, etc.) are listed in the “Prices” tab.

For exhibitors and visitors coming to Wine Expo Poland and Warsaw Oil Festival, we have contracted special room rates for the time of the fair in the selected hotel in Warsaw.

Our recommended hotel can be easily reached from Warsaw Chopin Airport and Central Railway Station by bus, train, and taxi.

We recommend you taxi journeys that can be ordered via the Uber or MyTaxi app and also using the services of local taxi drivers. When ordering a taxi, the hotel concierge will help you.
We recommend using the JakDojadę.pl application and the website of the Municipal Transport Office in Warsaw (www.ztm.waw.pl).

We invite all the exhibitors and dealers to organize a tasting during the fair. A tasting room will be situated in a separate conference room in the same building. For more information please contact the organizer.

Thursday 1^rd of February: 16.00 / 19.00 – the arrival day, time for preparing stands/booths.

Friday 2^th of February: 10.00 / 19.00 – fair day.

Saturday 3^th of February: 10.00 / 19.00 – fair day.
