FAQ for exhibitors

1. Who can register for WINE EXPO POLAND and WARSAW OIL FESTIVAL?

All wine and oil producers, distributors, dealers, shops, service providers, distributors of related accessories, specialized magazines, associations of the category.

Representatives of different areas of food and drinks (e.g: cheese, ham, alcohol, drinks…) are welcome accordingly to space availability.

2. When is the Fair?

The fair will take place on 2-3 February 2024.

3. Where is the Fair?

The fair will take place in Warsaw, Poland, at the exhibition center “Dom Towarowy Bracia Jablkowskich”. The venue is situated at ul. Bracka, 25

4. How can I register for WINE EXPO POLAND and WARSAW OIL FESTIVAL?

Exhibitors are able to register by filling in the application form, available online in the “Exhibitor zone”.

5. How much I need to pay for the space rental?

All the prices for exhibiting space (tables, booths, stands, etc.) are listed in the “Prices” tab.

6. What are the rental possibilities?

The whole list of rental possibilities is available with pricing list in the “Prices” tab.

7. Where can I stay during the time of the Fair?

For exhibitors and visitors coming to Wine Expo Poland and Warsaw Oil Festival, we have contracted special room rates for the time of the fair in the selected hotel in Warsaw.

Our recommended hotel can be easily reached from Warsaw Chopin Airport and Central Railway Station by bus, train, and taxi.

8. How can I get to the Fair venue?

We recommend you taxi journeys that can be ordered via the Uber or MyTaxi app and also using the services of local taxi drivers. When ordering a taxi, the hotel concierge will help you.
For people choosing public transport, we present lines that reach the ‘GLOBAL Expo’ at ul. Modlińska 4D:
– to the ŻERAŃ FSO bus stop, we have the possibility to take 18 bus lines: 104, 112, 114, 118, 132, 134, 145, 156, 211, 214, 240, 414, 509, 516, 723, 731, 734, 736
– it’s also possible to reach ŻERAŃ FSO streetcar stops using 18 and 20 tram lines.

We recommend using the JakDojadę.pl application and the website of the Municipal Transport Office in Warsaw (www.ztm.waw.pl).

9. Is it possible for me to organize a tasting during the WINE EXPO POLAND and WARSAW OIL FESTIVAL?

We invite all the exhibitors and dealers to organize a tasting during the fair. A tasting room will be situated in a separate conference room in the same building. For more information please contact the organizer.

10. What are the opening and closing hours for exhibitors?

Thursday 1rd of February: 16.00 / 19.00 – the arrival day, time for preparing stands/booths.

Friday 2th of February: 10.00 / 19.00 – fair day.

Saturday 3th of February: 10.00 / 19.00 – fair day.

11. Where can I eat during the Fair?

There will be a catering company contracted during the Fair, which will be responsible for providing food, drinks, and snacks. There will be one food point inside the hall. However, on demand, there will be also a possibility of food delivered directly to the exhibitor’s stand.

12. What would be the weather like in Poland during the Fair?

November in Poland is in the end of the polish gold autumn. The temperatures may vary between 16°C and 10°C and the weather alternates on sunny days with rainy evenings.
