AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG

January. The ageing in wood barrels, new only in part, is ideal to bring this
noble wine to the right point of maturity. After bottling, the wine remains in
our cellar at a constant temperature to allow further ageing. Excellent to be
enjoyed immediately, this wine can also be kept for more than 10-15 years
without losing its qualities.
VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE RIPASSO
Great wine, rediscovered by wine lovers who enjoy “old innovations”. Its peculiarity
is to have the characteristics of the best Valpolicella, completed by
a “re-passing” fermentation with the po mace of skins and seeds of grapes
that are left from the fermentation of Amarone and/or Recioto. It therefore
reaches the harmony between its scent and its full yet balanced body.
ROSSO DEI FALEZZA IGT
This Rosso Dei Falezza is produced using carefully selected grapes, trellis
dried for approximately 4 months, intensifying extract and aromatic substances.
The grapes are subsequently pressed and left to ferment for approximately
one month. They are then refined in oak barrels for 16 months
before completing the refinement period in the bottle. Harvest season: late
September, perfectly matured grapes manually harvested and selected.
RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG
Typical sweet red wine. During the grape-harvest only the best bunches
are selected and then left to dry until January or February. The ageing in
wood barrels, new only in part, enhances the features of this exquisite
wine. After bottling, the wine is stored in our cellar at a constant temperature
to allow further ageing. Excellent to be enjoyed immediately, this wine
can also be kept for more than 10 years without losing its qualities.
AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA RISERVA DOCG
Amarone Riserva is a product born from the desire to experience a journey
of growth, with neither technical nor time constraints. The grapes used for
its production are selected from amongst the company’s best vineyards. It
offers a balance between the power of the fruit and the elegance transmitted
as its refinement develops complex and deep notes. This wine is the
pride and joy of the Falezza family.
FALAIA ROSSO VERONESE IGT
Red grapes are manually harvested in the foothills north of Verona, and
then left to dry in cases for a while, so as to reach the ideal strength. Grapes
are pressed in the middle of November, but only after few years can the
wine best express its great character.
