In the heart of the province of Agrigento there is a unique territory where growing vines dates back to long long time ago.
Over 1,000 hectares of cultivated vineyards and over 60 different growing areas, each with unique pedoclimatic conditions where the vineyards are still mixed with cereal fields.
The harvest takes places in August, when the sun, that made this piece of land so harsh yet generous, makes the manual harvest even more challenging.

1934 - Tribute to Luigi Pirandello
Blend at 50% between two grapes: Grillo and Chardonnay, fermented in separately: Grillo in steel tank and Chardonnay in barriques. The blend is aged 12 months in bottle.
The current is the first vintage of this wine; it recently won a Gold medal at Mondus Vini. It's a tribute to Luigi Pirandello, the most famous Sicilian writer. He won the Nobel Prize on 1934.
