02/02/24 15:00 Training with tasting: Olive oil explained by olive oil makers Starting with a basic presentation of Olive oil categories, the seminar continues with the presentation of key characteristics that makes Extra Virgin Olive Oil so good and precious for our health. It will be explained how to recognize defects in the product, and what conditions may alter the quality. To follow, practical training accordingly the technical steps for a correct tasting, and time for questions and answers.

02/02/24 16:00 Free seminar with tasting: PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA - Discover The great Apulian red wine The Consortium for the Protection of Primitivo di Manduria DOC and DOCG is the most authoritative institution linked to Primitivo wine; has the task of defining the cultivation and production parameters of the Primitivo wine originating from these limited areas, and of certifying the productions in which the varietal reaches its maximum organoleptic expression. During the seminar conducted by the Consortium for the Protection of Primitivo di Manduria DOC and DOCG, we will talk about Primitivo di Manduria in its 3 types: DOC, DOC RISERVA, DOLCE NATURALE DOCG; you will discover the characteristics of the production area which includes 18 municipalities and the different types of soil; the role of the Consortium in protecting the denomination will be explained. The seminar is accompanied by the tasting and explanation of the wines with the aim of recognising, deciphering and therefore distinguishing the notes and fragrances of the product in its three classic variations.

03/02/24 17:00 WORKSHOP with tasting: Everything you wanted to know about wine, but were afraid to ask // by Paweł Grotowski We invite you to an hour-long training combined with tasting addressed to wine lovers who want to learn more and use this knowledge during social, professional and business meetings, organizing parties and conversations at the table. During the training and tasting, basic information on the origin, production, storage, selection and serving of wine will be presented, based on selected wines from the main grape varieties and the most important wine regions in the world. Participants will acquire factual knowledge of wine-making and skills related to the selection of wine for any occasion. The information acquired during the training will allow you to move freely in the world of wine and talk about wine in company, during business banquets, dinners and informal meetings, as well as with specialists in this field.
