Prosecco is a fine wine of straw-yellow color with greenish hues with typical fruity flavor reminiscent of the golden apple , acacia and wisteria flowers, ripe wild apple , mountain honey. It has a pretty low alcohol content , pleasantly lively acidity, fresh and sapid . Is produced as Extra -dry , therefore it’s rather soft.

PINOT GRIGIO IGT VENETO
The grey Pinot originates from a mutation of Pinot black of which retains almost all the features. Like other Pinot came from France spreading slowly to the central-north eastern region of Italy.
The white winemaking without the skins , leads to a wine of great finesse , elegance , discretion , straw- yellow color with just perceptible coppery shades. Pleasantly scented when young reminds the unripe peach , wild strawberry and over time it takes on a bouquet reminiscent of dry hay , toasted almonds , aroma of fruit ( pear ) . The taste is dry, full , balanced , with a pleasantly bitter .

Ruby red color, bright and clear to the glass. The nose is vinous and warm, rich in red fruits like maraschino and plum, then complemented by floral memories of violets. The taste is well present in the tannic note but flowing at the same time, of medium body and good persistence.

At the end of August the viognier grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand in boxes.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10-12 ° for 15 days.
Once fermentation is complete, the decanting is followed, at the end of which the wine is left to rest for a short period of maturation on the fine dough, before being bottled.
La Merla shows a brilliant straw yellow of good intensity.
The permanence on the lees gives the wine a roundness in taste and amplitude in the aromas.

The grapes in the cellar are de-stemmed, crushed and chilled at a temperature of 12°C, and then gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation of the clear must is carried out in stainless steel and temperature-controlled cement tanks.

In stainless steel tanks, gently practicing the bâtonnage technique.

Straw yellow with green highlights.

Delicate, with elegant notes of tropical fruits.
Flavour
It maintains a clear tension in the palate, it is dry and fresh. Full-bodied and intense, rich in delicate aromatic nuances.

Aging
One part for over 6 months in steel tanks, and one part in cement tanks.

Intense ruby red with garnet highlights.

A mix of ripe fruits, iris and spices, with good persistence.

On the palate the wine is powerful, round and of great structure and personality.

A part for over 3 months in steel tanks, and a part in cement tanks.

Yellow with green reflections.

Delicate, with strong notes of exotic fruits.

Vermouth Giammino comes from an ancient family recipe, is obtained from the mixture of 15 different aromatic plants, making them macerate for about 30 days. At the end of this laborious process, a small dose of sugar is added.
This Tuscan vermouth presents itself, from the first sips, lively and penetrating, with evident aromatic notes that pervade the nose with order and balance, opening to a fresh and delicately sweet taste, with aromas of citrus, spices and cinnamon.
On the palate it is soft, balanced and enveloping.

Lo Storno - Olio Extravergine di oliva Biologico
The company's olive-growing area is located in promiscuous plants, of Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino, in compliance with organic farming. Harvesting is done by hand with mechanical facilitators.
The oil extraction method is by cold within 12 hours from the olives collection.
Tasting notes: intense fruity with a slight note of tomato leaf and artichoke, with balsamic sensations and black pepper. The taste is well balanced between bitter and spicy.
