The State Enterprise "Kharkov Champagne Wine Factory" (now Ukrainian Manufacturing Compaty) was founded in 1941, and still is considered the first (the oldest) and one of the largest enterprises of the wine industry of Ukraine. The whole technological process of obtaining champagne is automated. The total output is 25 million bottles per year.The factory has repeatedly taken part in various winery competitions. The quality of products is confirmed by more than 154 medals won at domestic and foreign competitions. Among the awards received by the factory there are the "Birmingham Torch" award, the international prizes "Quality Cup" and "Gold Star for Quality".

Sparkling wine TM "Pirlo"

The volume fraction of ethyl alcohols is 7% Mass concentration of sugars - 70 g /cdm The mass concentration of titrated acids is 5 g /cdm The mass concentration of volatile acids is not more than 0.4 g/cdm ТМ "PIRLO" 6 SKU, bottle volume 0,75 liter standard corrugated box with packing capacity of 12 bottles per box. The product is bottled in a high-quality "Cuvée" bottle that withstands more than 700 kPa and is bunged with a cork made of natural wood. The label is made on self-adhesive, metalized paper with elements of gold embossing and varnishing with the application of protective anti-moisture layer which prevents any appearance loss after immersion in ice or water
"Pirlo" is a fresh low-alcohol sparkling wine drink. The product is manufactured applying the classical Charmat method. "Pirlo" is represented in six different flavors: Grapes, White Plums and Apricots flavors are made from white grape varieties such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot, Aligote grapes; Strawberries flavor is made from pink Pinot Franc grapes; Cherries and Currants flavors are made from red varieties of Cabernet and Merlot grapes. The whole product is made from the first fraction of the self-streaming wort of the grapes growing in the southern regions of Ukraine (Odessa, Mykolayiv and Kherson regions). In order to make this sparkling drink a specially prepared blend goes through fermentation, then the fermented wine is added with natural extracts in accordance with its final flavor. There are no water, fragrances, preservatives and dyes in composition.

Sparkling wine TM "AMBER"

ТМ "Amber" 5 SKU, bottle volume 0,75 liter. Transport packaging: standard corrugated box with packing capacity of 6 bottles per box. Only high-quality varietal grapes are used in production. The product is bottled in a high-quality "Cuvée" bottle that withstands more than 700kPa and is bunged with a cork made of natural wood. The label set is made on self-adhesive paper Orion Diamante with Congreve, gold embossed and varnished with a protective anti-moisture layer which prevents any appearance loss after immersion in ice. “Amber” is a brand-new product range of high-quality sparkling wines manufactured at Kharkov Champagne Wine Factory. Amber family is represented in five variations which are different in tastes but similar in superior quality. Champagne of Ukraine “Amber Chardonnay” brut is produced from grapes variety of Chardonnay Champagne of Ukraine “Amber Riesling” semi-sweet is made from grapes variety of Riesling Pink sparkling wine “Amber Pinot franc” semi-sweet is made from grapes variety of Pinot franc White sparkling wine “Moscato Amber” sweet is made from white grape varieties such as Muscat, Muscat Ottonel and Muscat Amber Red sparkling wine “Amber Pinot noir” semi-sweet is made from grapes variety of Pinot noir
Our finest wine materials are produced in the southern regions of Ukraine. At the end of August, the first grapes come directly from the fields for recycling. For the production of champagne and sparkling wines, the best juice fractions are exclusively selected, such as the so-called self-streaming wort with output of no more than 50 decaliters per ton of grapes. Each sort of grapes is processed separately in order to produce the varietal champagne wine materials. After the juice (self-streaming wort) becomes transparent, as a result of settling in the cold, it is sent to fermentation, which is carried out on special wine yeast cultures, provided that the wort fermentation temperature is necessarily controlled and regulated. As soon as fermentation, clarification and resting processes are through, the obtained champagne wine materials are processed to gain crystal clarity.
